* Add gaussian_random XPU kernels * commit kunlun, test=kunlun * new version, test=kunlun * change boost_get to BOOST_GET_CONST, test=kunlun * use Generator to generate random number and optimize format, test=kunlun * add TODO, test=kunlunswt-req
